HVAC Technician

The Role

As a Mobile Maintenance Specialist at BGIS, you will be responsible for traveling to commercial client sites to complete remedial and renovation works. You will have the opportunity to work on various HVAC systems, including VRF, Package Units, Exhausts, Filters, Humidifiers, BMS, and Chillers.

Responsibilities

• Assembling and installing equipment using hand and power tools.
• Maintenance and service work on HVAC systems.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
• Inspecting and maintaining Building Management Systems (BMS).

Skills and Experience

• Certificate 3 in Air Conditioning and/or Refrigeration (or equivalent).
• Relevant experience in a commercial setting.
• ARCtick Licence is an advantage but not required.
• Driving Licence.
• White Card.
