Position Overview

We invite you to join our team as a Client Engagement Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in connecting with our valued automotive industry partners. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our business clients, keeping them informed about current promotions and ensuring their satisfaction with our offerings through regular communication and feedback collection. This role presents an exciting opportunity to utilize your communication, negotiation, and adaptability skills in a dynamic setting, all while providing exceptional service and fostering long-lasting client relationships.

Key Information:

Full-time position with standard operational hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Enjoy a four-week break during the holiday season. Located in a central business district. This is an Australian-based role.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and sustain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and execute related tasks. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs. Collaborate with team members and clients to design customized solutions that meet specific requirements. Conduct precise data entry to ensure compliance with performance metrics and standards.

You are a customer-oriented professional, preferably with experience in the automotive sector, skilled at addressing client needs promptly and building strong relationships. You possess the ability to identify sales opportunities, exceed targets, and deliver tailored solutions through effective teamwork. Your attention to detail and results-driven approach enable you to manage multiple tasks efficiently, supported by strong organizational skills. A background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or contact center environments, along with a commitment to safety and compliance, aligns well with our expectations.
