Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical delivery and supervision of clinical and non-clinical team members
  • Intake processing, clinical care planning and reporting
  • Client care assessments and supervision of care staff
  • Scheduling appointments and in-home services to appropriate staff
  • Coordination of quality person-centred care
  • Clinical in-home services including care plan assessment, medication, and complex wound management
  • General administration tasks
Requirements
  • A qualified Registered/EEN Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Australian National Police check and Professional Indemnity Insurance required
  • Experienced in assessing and planning care needs within the community
  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable, presentable car required
