About the Role

Ratp Dev, a leading public transport operator, is seeking a highly skilled System Assurance Manager to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, security, and systems assurance processes are effectively implemented and followed during the Design and Construction (D&C) phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of safety, security, and systems assurance processes in accordance with RDWSA guidelines.
  • Contribute to the risk and hazard management processes, ensuring the identification and mitigation of potential risks.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain the management plan, configuration management, and documentation management system.
  • Review and assess the System Safety Assurance Plan, preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA), and System Hazard Log (SHL) at system level.
  • Participate in hazard and risk review processes as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

  • Strong understanding of safety, security, and systems assurance processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in risk and hazard management tools and methodologies.
