Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our Brisbane campus team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality education, development, and care to the children in our campus while delivering an exceptional customer experience and partnership experience with our families.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensuring child safety and welfare at all times by actively supervising and interacting with children.
  • Providing childcare services that comply with national regulations, the National Quality Framework (NQF), and support the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Facilitating a nurturing and loving environment for the children at the campus.
  • Documenting the children's learning through regular observations and supporting and mentoring other team members.
  • Creating and setting up interesting learning environments for the children in line with our curriculum.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognized Registered Training Organization (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualifications).
  • A minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience.
  • A genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development.
  • A creative, supportive, and cooperative team player.
