**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Trade Assistant to join our team at CoreStaff Townsville. As a 4x4 Accessory Fitter, you will be responsible for fitting and installing various accessories onto vehicles and mechanical systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Fitting and installing trays, canopies, smartbar bullbars, winches, lights, ladder racks, toolboxes, seat covers, and canopy glazing.
  • Interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and instructions to ensure accurate installation.
  • Utilizing hand and power tools to assemble and fit accessories securely.
  • Testing installed accessories to ensure they function correctly and meet safety standards.
  • Conducting quality checks to verify that installations meet company standards and customer requirements.
  • Collaborating with team members to complete installations efficiently and on time.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience as an Accessories Fitter or similar role, with a focus on fitting trays, canopies, bullbars, winches, lights, ladder racks, toolboxes, seat covers, and canopy glazing.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Driver's License (Manual preferred).
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check.
