Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced individual to prepare high-quality business and client documents, reports, and presentations.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for centralising client communication and liaison, ensuring seamless coordination of travel arrangements, flights, and accommodation.
  • This role also involves completing client billing and invoicing, supporting the preparation and setup of business workshops and events, and coordinating client projects.
  • In addition, you will assist in diary management for managers and partners, arrange business meetings, and provide general administration support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), adhere to business policies and procedures, and demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude.
  • We are looking for a collaborative team player who can manage competing priorities and deadlines, identify areas of improvement, and contribute to business growth.
