Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Laser & Skin Therapist to join our dynamic team at SILK Laser Clinics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier care to our clients, providing services from laser hair removal to advanced skin treatments.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations and develop personalised treatment plans for each client
  • Recommend products tailored to each client's unique needs
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire, motivate, and build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the highest level of clinic operations and client satisfaction

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma in Beauty Therapy
  • Proven ability to exceed individual sales targets and meet team KPIs
  • Experience with medical-grade devices such as Candela Laser and Body Contouring (preferred but not essential)

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
