Operations Director

Oversee the daily operations of a hospitality venue, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for leading teams, managing staff, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage profit and loss accounts for retail outlets
  • Coordinate monthly stock takes and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts
  • Allocate and supervise staff across departments, ensuring appropriate qualifications and training
  • Crosstrain team members and set key performance indicators aligned with business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in multi-outlet food and beverage management, preferably in hotels or resorts
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and managing financial accounts
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills
