Job Role

Key Responsibilities

As a Duty Manager at Belgravia Leisure, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations at our facilities with a focus on safety and high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire others
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of OHS and public safety applications within the facility
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Current Pool Operations Certificate
  • Legally entitled to work in Australia
