Job Title: Site Operations Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the height safety industry, where you will be responsible for transporting, erecting and dismantling site safety products in compliance with Australian safety regulations and industry best practices.

You will be working at heights, using hand and power tools to complete tasks effectively, submitting reports and maintaining truck records as required. You will also be engaging in manual lifting and carrying as part of your daily operations.

  • A strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail are essential qualities for this role.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory, and you will need to have your own reliable transport.
  • You will require a White Card (Construction Induction Card) or be willing to obtain it, as well as prior experience in building and construction.
  • The ability to excel in physically demanding, labor-intensive roles in fast-paced environments is crucial.

The successful candidate will have a desire to grow within the height safety industry and progress to a crew leader role. They will be able to thrive in a dynamic environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
