We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Educator to join our team at our Early Learning Centre. As a permanent full-time role, you will work across opening and closing shifts and during vacation time, providing a fun, warm, and safe environment for children aged 3-5 years.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement programs that cater to the needs of each child, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with the Director and Early Childhood Teachers to develop and evaluate programs that align with the My Time, Our Place Framework.
- Assume the role of Educational Leader when required, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
- Develop positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and inclusivity.
- Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- Current and valid Working with Children Check clearance.
- First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one before starting.
- Completed CHCPRT025 'Identify and report children and young people at risk' or willingness to obtain before starting.
