Content Marketing Role

We are seeking a talented individual to lead content and regional demand generation for our properties across Western Australia. This role requires a strong creative eye and passion for creating unique content that engages the target demographic.

The ideal candidate will develop engaging content across multiple digital channels with a strong link to brand strategy. They will be a brand ambassador, requiring a highly organized and passionate team player who can think outside the box and generate fresh ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in developing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Managing and maintaining all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Maintaining high-quality site information on our website.
  • Creating original, high-quality and on-brand content, including signage, printed marketing collateral, social media posts, videos and graphics.
  • Leading the implementation of guest journeys across multiple brands and their respective social channels.
  • Moderating social media trends and staying up-to-date with industry updates to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Analyzing performance data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Working with team supervisors to optimize revenue per site.
  • Creating, coordinating and delivering social content in relation to site supervisors and operations team.
  • Providing and delivering local area marketing activities in collaboration with site supervisors and operations team.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging social media platforms and technologies, and exploring innovative ways to enhance our digital presence.
  • Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Executive on EDMs.
  • Moderating industry and competitor trends, maintaining knowledge of market competition and awareness of opportunities.
  • Managing the Marketing Department's Info and Marketing inboxes and responding efficiently.
