Job Title: Painting Trades Person

A leading organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Painting Trades Person to join their team. This role involves working on various projects across different locations, requiring excellent surface preparation, finishing, and quality control skills.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A deep understanding of surface preparation techniques and finishes.
  • The ability to interpret and execute work specifications accurately.
  • Proficiency in mixing two-part paint coatings to the correct ratio.
  • Familiarity with Wet Film Thickness Gauges and the ability to achieve specified dry film thickness.
  • The capability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and erect scaffolding and ladders safely.
  • Excellent cleaning and equipment maintenance skills.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and superannuation benefits. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills.
