Our Maintenance and Industrial Services Division is a leader in the oil and gas sector, and we're seeking a skilled Major Maintenance Scheduler to join our team.

The successful candidate will work in our Brisbane office on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with occasional site visits required. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful execution of maintenance events on the APLNG Downstream facility and ensuring the delivery of an integrated schedule using Primavera 6 and SAP.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating construction and progress SAP & P6 schedules for defined major maintenance activities;
  • Identifying risks and opportunities within major maintenance schedules, including managing synergies and conflicts between activities;
  • Identifying resources required to safely deliver approved schedules;
  • Supporting the work management process by ensuring applicable work scopes are scheduled before required dates;
  • Leading by example and contributing directly to positive HSE performance and culture through visible action, high standards, and commitment to safe work practices.

What we're looking for:

  • Technical Diploma or Trade Certificate in a relevant discipline;
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas industry in Operations;
  • Demonstrable P6 experience;
  • Significant prior experience in scheduling on complex major processing facilities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong time management skills and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines;
  • Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment;
  • Proof of right to work in Australia.
