Job Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Chef/Cook to join our team in Fremantle, Western Australia. Our busiest period is approaching, and we need someone who can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Cert III or Cert IV in Commercial Cookery is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in a similar-sized kitchen operation (capable of serving up to 400 customers at any time)
Essential Skills
  • Passion for the food industry
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to menu planning and development
  • Estimate food and labour costs
  • Monitor the quality of all dishes
  • Prepare and portion food
  • Train and mentor other kitchen staff members
