Private Equity Fund Manager

The role of Vice President is a pivotal position within the investment team, responsible for identifying private equity investment opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.
This key investment opportunity targets mid-cap and large-cap companies (EV > $250m), with the investment team working closely with management to create long-term value.
With 6-12 years of professional experience required, successful candidates will possess a demonstrable track record of direct investment experience.
- Originate and source investment opportunities across industrials and/or real asset sectors.
- Execute transactions - manage advisors, conduct commercial and financial due diligence.
- Analyse and model financial data - for both new and existing investments.
- Develop investment committee papers and client presentations.
- Provide direction and support to investee company management teams.
- Develop and implement financial and operational strategies.
- Contribute to board discussions as a member and/or observer.
Candidates must hold a tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (Commerce, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Studies, Engineering, and/or Law).
