Role Overview

This exciting opportunity is open to experienced General Registered Psychologists, Accredited Mental Health Social Workers, or Qualified Counsellors who can work collaboratively with clients, medical professionals, and employers to help individuals navigate the challenges of work-related injuries and stress.

As a Mental Health Professional with Access Psych, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with diverse needs. Your expertise and dedication will make a meaningful impact on the lives of your clients.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality mental health services, including assessments, interventions, and treatment plans;
  • Collaborate with clients, medical professionals, and employers to develop effective return-to-work strategies and support re-engagement with the community;
  • Conduct timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards;
  • Foster trust and confidence with clients through empathetic and professional interactions;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • AHPRA registration as a General Psychologist or AASW accreditation as a Mental Health Social Worker;
  • ACA level 3 or level 4 certification or Full Clinical PACFA membership as a Counsellor;
  • Permanent residency in Australia;
  • A strong passion for improving lives through work and health;
  • The ability to work effectively with workers compensation clients;
