Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced leader to manage our technical services team. This individual will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, effective and high-quality teaching, research and field programs across the state.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and manage our technical team to ensure seamless delivery of programs.
- Promote and maintain a strong work health and safety culture.
- Manage costs and ensure budget transparency.
- Provide senior leadership with expert advice on technical matters.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support community engagement activities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of research, teaching and operational practices.
- Ability to manage teams with excellent interpersonal skills.
- High-level organisational and decision-making skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing safety and risk management procedures.
- Broad understanding of building design, scientific research equipment and agricultural machinery.
