About Personal Finance Operations:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Professional to join our team as a Personal Finance Operator in a Full-Time capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service within the Personal Finance department of a retail store
  2. Complete all transactions in line with compliant practices
  3. Utilize knowledge to assist customers in finding personal finance solutions
  4. Proactively promote Personal Finance throughout the store to generate new business opportunities
  5. Liaise with customers using high levels of respect, professionalism & diligence;

Requirements:

  • A basic understanding of the personal finance industry and its principles is ideal
  • Prior experience in a customer service role with sales process knowledge is essential
  • You will be passionate about meeting targets and building strong relationships with customers
  • Basic Microsoft suite skills and an interest in technology are preferred
