• Develop and implement engaging and rigorous planned learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of students
• Demonstrate sound knowledge in developing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies
• Utilize formative and summative assessments to drive student progress
• Employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback
• Support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student wellbeing
• Integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences

• A tertiary qualification in Education
• Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
• Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead
