Job Details

We are seeking a qualified Care Worker to join our team in the Canberra North area. In this role, you will be providing home help services and personal care to our aged care clients.

Responsibilities
  • Providing general housekeeping and making beds
  • Cleaning, mopping and vacuuming floors
  • Washing, folding and ironing laundry
  • Meal preparation and grocery shopping
Personal Care Services
  • Assisting clients with mobility and therapy goals
  • Providing complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia
  • Providing social and emotional support
Requirements
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Disability
  • Experience of 3-6 months or more in a similar role

  • Award rate $33.82 per hour + Super + Paid KM's
