Position Overview

As a Project Coordinator at LGM, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of medium-sized Capital Improvement projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications and project scope. Your role will involve providing support, leadership, and effective coordination to guide our teams of Supervisors and tradespeople toward achieving their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project execution and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams.
  • Analyze project requirements and develop comprehensive plans.
  • Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders regarding project status.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • A trade background or an engineering degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong commercial insight.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, specifications, and schedules.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Project.
  • Exemplary integrity and honesty in all professional dealings.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
