The Digital Marketing Strategist will come from a CRM or growth marketing background, delivering high-performing campaigns that drive site visitation and contribute to overall onsite conversion and acquisition targets. Market research and campaign evaluation play a key role in guiding ongoing strategic marketing direction.
Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strong onsite conversions through multi-channel advertising.
  • Manage multi-channel advertising campaigns with a focus on online.
  • Coordinate monthly client reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for advertising optimisation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for conversion optimisation.
  • Action optimisation activities to drive results.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager on delivery of campaigns.

Qualities:

  • Analyse and interpret data and research to provide recommendations.
  • High attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Strong deadline orientation.
  • Well-developed project planning and project management skills.
  • Able to accurately track and report on campaign outputs and timelines.
  • Expertise in conversion optimisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, developing digitally-led marketing solutions.
  • Ability to coordinate advertising, print collateral and promotions.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Preference for experience using Semrush, Google Suite and Buffer.
