Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of infrastructure and cybersecurity projects across our digital services.
  • Develop and track key milestones, adjusting plans and resources as necessary to meet deliverables.
  • Coordinate IT vendors for change and release management while tracking financials.
  • Oversee test plan development and UAT activities to ensure all requirements are met before deployment.
  • Identify, monitor, and implement controls to mitigate risks associated with infrastructure and security changes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and successful outcomes.
  • Develop and execute change management plans, including training for impacted system users and administrators.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to foster a high-performing team environment.
Requirements
  • Genuine interest in social justice and the not-for-profit sector.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or relevant experience, with ITIL certification.
  • Extensive experience managing ICT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.
  • Proven success in leading multiple changes and initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, schedule, and deliver outputs.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior executives and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues and deliver outcomes.
  • Experience in working with third-party vendors and ensuring successful implementation of IT changes.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and maintain high-quality service delivery under pressure.
