Regional Facilities Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Regional Facilities Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the state-based Facilities department, managing multiple problems at once, and prioritizing issues.

This is an exciting role that requires relevant qualifications combined with significant on-the-job-experience. The successful candidate will also possess strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, as well as excellent communication skills that promote positive interactions with stakeholders and residents.

The Regional Facilities Manager will work closely with Scape's building and residents to provide a consistently high-quality experience for our residents. This includes overseeing asset management functions for 6 properties and playing a key role in maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the state-based Facilities department
  • Manage multiple problems at once and prioritize issues

Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications combined with significant on-the-job-experience
