About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at ICC Group. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and executing a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Coordinate and manage the logistics of various events, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Client Communication: Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of event details to the Front of House (FOH) and other departments.
  • Event Execution: Prepare and finalize Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and liaise with chefs, caterers, and suppliers to ensure comprehensive event preparation.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve last-minute changes or issues swiftly and efficiently.
  • Post-Event Reporting: Provide detailed post-event feedback and reports to the sales and management teams.
  • Administrative Support: Support administrative duties, including maintaining event calendars and attending team meetings.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in event coordination or administration.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard hours, including at least one Saturday per month.
  • RSA and RCG certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience with Tripleseat and Visio/Event Draw (preferred).
  • A current driver's license and access to a car.
