Senior Data Protection Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Data Protection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT consulting group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data protection solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing client requirements to develop proposals and suggest solutions to help them meet their business objectives.
- Determining project requirements and goals, defining the scope of the engagement and planning timelines.
- Working closely with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
- Collaborating with other consultants on various projects.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive knowledge of backup products such as Dell Networker or NetBackup.
- Familiarity with products like Veeam, Dell Avamar, or Dell PPDM.
- Experience in Data Domain or similar products.
- Knowledge in backup integration with Microsoft/Oracle is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in products like ECS or similar is an added advantage.
- Basic layer 2 networking and troubleshooting skills are an added advantage.
- Cloud native software experience (Kubernetes, docker) is an added advantage.
