Role Description
As the Change Director, Risk & Regulatory Delivery, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver complex change in a dynamic transformation environment.
Your role is critical in shaping strong customer, banker, and business outcomes while reporting directly into our Head of Banker and Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10 change practitioners to deliver committed Risk and Regulatory change deliverables on time, on budget, and with quality.
- Manage a portfolio of change initiatives and support stakeholder engagement, including advising delivery leads, Product Owners, and key stakeholders on scope definition, change impacts, resource planning, and scheduling aspects.
- Facilitate engagement between senior stakeholders across project delivery, distribution, and operations teams to understand the change environment and ensure proposed changes align with business strategy, integrate seamlessly, and are scheduled optimally.
- Leverage the change framework to execute work in line with change standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Develop and coach a high-performing change management team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven people leadership experience and a track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Expert-level practitioner of Change Management.
- Advanced knowledge of industry frameworks (Agile) and professional standards.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
- Understanding of user experience and end-to-end customer journeys would be highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to guide and influence decision-making at GM1/GM2 levels.
- Flexibility and resilience in responding to multiple changing priorities.
