About the Role

As a key member of our winning Life Sciences/Biotech team, you will apply your technical expertise and commercial acumen to advise and create strategies to protect and enforce patent rights for blue-chip clients. You will also exercise leadership and contribute to strategic business growth.

Your Qualifications
  • A minimum 3-10 years post-qualification experience as a registered Australian/NZ patent attorney or overseas qualified patent attorney nearing qualification in Australia/NZ;
  • A degree or higher qualifications in Biotechnology, Life Sciences or similar;
  • Solid hands-on experience in prosecuting/drafting biotech/lifesciences patents;
  • Strong technical, communication, people and leadership skills, along with commercial acumen;
