Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Digital Technology Lead to spearhead the development of a cutting-edge mobile application. This role is critical in creating a top-notch user experience as we continue to innovate and scale our product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain a mobile application using react-native and a server-side built with Typescript
  • Collaborate with the product team to deliver high-quality features that address real user needs
  • Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions
  • Contribute to and uphold engineering best practices around code quality, testing, CI/CD, and observability
  • Lead by example in identifying and resolving technical debt, improving performance, and increasing system reliability
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of programming and software development experience
  • Experience and comfort in react-native, Typescript, and Node
  • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
  • Comfortable working in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and using tools like Docker, GitHub Actions, or similar for CI/CD
