Key Responsibilities- Lead the management of Salesforce development & platform support teams.
- Oversee the Business As Usual (BAU) Salesforce services, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT strategies.
- Act as the key point of contact for Salesforce service requests, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Manage vendor resources to maintain and improve platform performance.
- Develop and implement service delivery frameworks, ensuring best practices in change management, incident resolution, and system governance.
- Must have experience in managing a team of Salesforce platform administrators & developers.
- Must come from a technical background.
- Experience managing Salesforce support teams, external vendors, and system integrators.
