Job Role: Warehouse Operations Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the efficient operation of our warehouse. As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing items for shipping, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups, and supporting sales operations as required.

This role involves fostering positive customer and supplier relationships through effective communication and administrative skills. You will coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries and pickups, accurately weigh and measure packages, and pack items securely onto pallets.

You will also operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and walkie stackers, lift boxes up to 30kg safely and efficiently, and complete all assigned tasks promptly.

In addition, you will track and trace consignments, issue delivery confirmations, and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and delivery drivers.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have previous experience in a similar capacity, experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

You will also have a track record of improving warehouse efficiency and business performance, and be comfortable working under pressure and solving problems independently.
