Job Overview

We're seeking a visionary professional to shape our future workforce at IBM with extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors.

This role requires a solid background in SAP SuccessFactors with implementation experience across various industries, and previous consulting environment exposure is highly beneficial.

Strong expertise in team leadership, stakeholder management, organisational change management, process design, planning, project management, and managing execution of build to deploy activities are essential.

Mandatory Requirements:

Australian citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency, Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing and Onboarding, and at least one other SuccessFactors module (preferably Talent Management).

At least 10 years of extensive demonstrable experience in designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a minimum of 5 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
