Team and Opportunity
This role is part of our well-established Personal Investor business, responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through high-quality interactions. As a Client Service Associate, you will be the initial point of contact for clients, responding to requests for investment, fund, and account information while resolving complex account issues and escalating matters when necessary.

Core Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
  1. Serving as the primary contact for clients, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Ensuring the completion of assigned tasks to support the team's daily objectives and oversight activities.
  3. Following standardized procedures to meet client needs and conducting research for complex requests when necessary.
  4. Documenting client and team feedback to support service improvement efforts within the business.
  5. Recognizing opportunities for process improvements and recommending changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  6. Using a consultative approach to position products and services to clients.
  7. Providing support and guidance to other team members to achieve highest levels of performance and assisting with training as required.
  8. Maintaining proficient knowledge of Vanguard funds, products, and services as well as understanding the overall Financial Services industry and related legal, tax, and regulatory issues to guide clients.
  9. Performing day-to-day oversight of third-party providers and participating in special projects as assigned.
