Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Services Manager to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our Business Services division, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality advisory and compliance services to our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and experience in a similar leadership position. You will be responsible for creating deep relationships with clients, supervising and mentoring junior and senior accountants, and providing proactive accounting, taxation, and commercial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with clients through trust and attentive service.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support junior and senior accountants to ensure they have the capacity to spend time with clients.
  • Provide expert advice on business process improvement, financial modelling, and benchmarking.
Requirements
  • Hold postgraduate qualifications as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).
  • Have previous experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
