Hospital Cleaning Manager

Compass Group Australia will deliver essential support services at the new Footscray Hospital, one of Victoria's largest health infrastructure projects. We will provide vital services, including patient services, environmental services, food, security, help desk, and more.

Responsibilities- Lead and supervise cleaning teams across daily and periodic tasks.
- Allocate staff duties and manage rosters to ensure service coverage.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Support infection control procedures and specialized cleaning in high-risk areas.
- Train, mentor, and onboard new and existing staff.
- Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role, ideally in healthcare.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse cleaning team.
- Experience managing rosters and coordinating daily operations.
- Competent in managing inventory and waste reduction practices.
- Holds or is willing to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
