About the Role

This head chef position plays a critical role in maintaining our high standards for consistency in recipe and menu item execution. As a member of our morning shift team, you will be responsible for assisting Kitchen Managers and Assistant Kitchen Managers with daily kitchen operations, ensuring a safe and harassment-free environment for all team members and managers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily kitchen operations, including preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and managing inventory;
  • Maintaining our high standards for quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation;
  • Ensuring a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations;
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and concerns;

We require a minimum of 2 years' experience in high-volume kitchen environments, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You should also possess knowledge of commercial food preparation equipment and be able to maintain a high level of organisational efficiency.
