Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Property to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering our exciting new centres program, overseeing the planning, design, and construction of new centre developments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage property projects, ensuring they are cost-effective, efficient, and compliant with all regulations.
  • Work alongside the National Development Manager to ensure that each project meets operational needs, stays on budget, and is delivered on time.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver successful projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years in construction/project management (client-side experience strongly desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of construction technology and methodologies.
  • Experience in resolving construction-related problems.
  • Leadership experience in motivating specialist teams.
  • Experience in leading the delivery of projects on a large scale (e.g. National level).
