Business Territory Development Manager

Overview:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and grow customer relationships through new business and competitor hitlists.
  • Increase distribution by leveraging compliance gains.
  • Earn returns on accounts through assets, discounts, and promotions.

Achieve sales targets by maximizing sales opportunities for all brands, implementing agreed monthly targets, and delivering merchandise excellence within the geographic area.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Relationship management.

2-5 years of experience in field sales, with a proven track record of developing strong customer relationships and a degree in commerce or marketing preferred but not essential.
