Night Operations Manager

As a Night Manager at Scape, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents, as well as the effective management and escalation of incidents. This is a casual role, working 2-4 nights from 11pm – 7am on a rotating roster.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting nightly financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Managing night shift operations, including guest services and smooth operations to ensure a seamless experience for our residents
- Verifying guest accounts, resolving discrepancies, and generating reports to maintain transparency and accountability
- Ensuring premises security, monitoring CCTV, and addressing emergencies promptly to maintain a safe environment
- Coordinating with other departments for smooth communication and collaboration
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years in customer service/operations, with a focus on security and safety
- Ability to work shifts from 11pm - 7am, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues
- Excellent organization, handling multiple tasks accurately and maintaining top-tier customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies
- Leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on de-escalation and resolution
