Ambassadors of exceptional service, Concierges are the face of Hilton Hotels, providing unparalleled Guest experiences throughout their stay. As a key point of contact, our Concierges are responsible for managing first impressions, ensuring every Guest feels valued and cared for.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding promptly to Guest enquiries, providing information and advice on a wide range of topics
- Booking services for city tours, theatre tickets, restaurants, and other Guest requests
- Delivering and storing Guest luggage with care
- Staying current with hotel services, VIP requests, and special events
- Maintaining orderliness and safety in lobby and front door areas
- Providing support to Management in emergency situations
- Projecting a professional demeanor, prioritizing hospitality and Guest service
- Maintaining a clean, safe working area
- Adhering to policies and procedures when using front-of-house equipment and property management systems
What We're Looking For
We seek Concierges who embody Hilton's values, demonstrating:

- Excellent grooming standards
- Flexibility in responding to diverse work situations
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the local area
Avoiding the need for prior Concierge experience in a hotel environment is an added advantage.
