Ambassadors of exceptional service, Concierges are the face of Hilton Hotels, providing unparalleled Guest experiences throughout their stay. As a key point of contact, our Concierges are responsible for managing first impressions, ensuring every Guest feels valued and cared for.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding promptly to Guest enquiries, providing information and advice on a wide range of topics
  • Booking services for city tours, theatre tickets, restaurants, and other Guest requests
  • Delivering and storing Guest luggage with care
  • Staying current with hotel services, VIP requests, and special events
  • Maintaining orderliness and safety in lobby and front door areas
  • Providing support to Management in emergency situations
  • Projecting a professional demeanor, prioritizing hospitality and Guest service
  • Maintaining a clean, safe working area
  • Adhering to policies and procedures when using front-of-house equipment and property management systems

What We're Looking For

We seek Concierges who embody Hilton's values, demonstrating:
