Job Description:">

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our liquor team as an Online Team Member at our Coles Liquor Online Fulfilment Centre.

">

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the end-to-end fulfilment of online liquor orders to customers. Your focus will comprise of picking and packing customer orders, inbound and outbound logistics, accurate warehousing and maintaining of stock inventory, and loading/unloading trucks.

">

You will take pride in contributing to a customer experience that is welcoming and inspiring for our customers, team members, and community through our online distribution network.

">

This is an excellent opportunity to take your retail and/or warehousing experience to the next level and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • A keen eye for detail, consistency, and accuracy">
  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace">
  • Attention to detail, making sure that our customer orders are picked and packed correctly, ready for delivery">
  • The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and able to carry out moderate to heavy lifting up to 17kg">
  • The ability to follow instructions, safe work practices, order fulfilment processes, and stock management policies">
  • Forklift license desirable">
  • An accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or willingness to obtain">
