The Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mobile Service Technician to join our team in Campbelltown. As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field service and supply of fluid transfer solutions to our customers. This will involve providing solutions and building relationships with a variety of customers, as well as traveling to sites within Campbelltown and surrounding areas to replace hoses in breakdown situations or complete new installation work on various machinery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistent, accurate, and high-quality field service and supply of fluid transfer solutions to customers
  • Provide solutions and build relationships with a variety of customers
  • Travel to sites within Campbelltown and surrounding areas to replace hoses in breakdown situations or complete new installation work on various machinery
  • Participate in a 24-hour on-call roster and report to the Operations Manager

Requirements

  • Trade/field services experience in Fitting/Mechanical Background and/or Hydraulics
  • Ability to operate machinery, use tools, and measuring devices accurately
  • Good numeracy, verbal, and written skills
  • A strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
  • Desire to be a team player
  • Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and problem-solve
  • An understanding of OHS and Safe Work Practices
  • A current Manual Drivers' License and willingness to obtain an LR License
  • Flexibility with working hours, as after-hours availability is a prerequisite
  • Currently living in/near or willing to relocate to Campbelltown
