As a rehabilitation professional, your role is to empower individuals to overcome workplace injuries and illnesses.

You will conduct thorough assessments to determine the most effective treatment and/or rehabilitation plans for clients

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating the needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses
  • Collaborating with clients to identify future employment or training opportunities
  • Performing assessments in areas such as functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments
  • Developing case management strategies to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress towards their return-to-work goals
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive successful partnerships
