We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated New Graduate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Concentric Rehab Centre.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in Occupational Therapy to develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive and progressive work environment. As a New Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will be part of our structured 12-month program, which includes an intensive training period and ongoing supervision. You will have the chance to work with a multidisciplinary team, utilize state-of-the-art resources, and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to clients across various settings, including clinics and community-based programs. You will also have access to regular supervision, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your career.

A Day in the Life:

  • You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to assess and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • You will provide occupational therapy interventions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • You will participate in regular case discussions, peer review, and quality improvement activities to ensure the highest standard of care.
  • You will engage with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to promote positive outcomes and collaborative working practices.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • A completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Full AHPRA Registration (or eligible on graduation).
  • A valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car.
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 AUD, depending on experience and location.
