Warehouse Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Warehouse Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, manage inventory movements, and optimize storage space.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, resolve any issues that may arise, and negotiate rates for freight services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed to achieve company goals.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field would be an advantage. Proven experience in a similar role, however, can also be considered.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in using warehouse management software.
  • Attributes: Strong leadership skills, high level of adaptability, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

Working Conditions:

Approximately 20 hours per week. Work location: In-person at our Western Australia facility.
