Key Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
  • You are a skilled engineer with 5+ years of related experience, passionate about quality.
  • Expertise in API design, including REST and RPC frameworks, such as protobuf and gRPC.
  • Experience building service-oriented architecture, microservices, and modern techniques using Docker, ECS, Lambda, SQS, Kinesis, etc.
  • Familiarity with persistence, storage, and caching mechanisms, including MySQL, Redis, DynamoDB, S3, etc.
  • Desirable: Experience with Elasticsearch.
  • Highly advantageous: Mastery of PHP or Go.
  • You will design systems incorporating monitoring and observability, employing best practices for fault tolerance, including caching, eventual consistency, queues, load balancing, circuit breaking, etc.
  • A strategic problem-solver excelling at tackling complex technical challenges and providing innovative solutions that enhance product performance and user experience.
  • Able to lead by example, 'showing the way' through hands-on work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting best practices and contributing to architectural decisions.
  • Thrives under autonomy, takes initiative and ownership, navigating ambiguity while driving project progress in a fast-paced environment.
