We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization.

  • About the Job

  • This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Advisor to join our team. As an Associate Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering tailored investment and wealth management strategies to high net worth clients and self-managed super funds.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be required to:

    • Partner with senior advisers to deliver bespoke investment and wealth management strategies
    • Prepare and present portfolio reviews, investment proposals, and strategic advice documents
    • Conduct in-depth market research and contribute to investment strategy discussions
    • Manage and execute market orders across relevant trading systems
    • Maintain accurate client records in Xplan, Iress, FactSet, and other platforms
    • Participate in client meetings, contributing to relationship management and advice delivery
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
  • Requirements

  • To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • Proven experience in broking, funds management, or private wealth advice
    • Degree-qualified in finance, economics, commerce, or related discipline
    • Completed or currently undertaking Professional Year (PY)
    • RG146 compliant (or willing to obtain)
    • Strong technical skills in portfolio construction, investment analysis, and financial modelling
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • High attention to detail, initiative, and commercial acumen
    • Proficiency in Excel; coding skills highly regarded
