About the Role
Australian Skin Clinics has an opportunity for a qualified Hairdresser to join our retail team as a Hair and Beauty Retail Specialist. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences while providing expert hair care advice to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and welcome, engage, and consult customers on hair care products and services.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the store operations, ensuring the store is well-presented, clean, and stocked appropriately.
- Become a master in merchandising, including campaign set up and maintenance.
- Support the salon team by welcoming and assisting salon clients.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Hairdressing qualification or equivalent is essential for this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of hair care products and services.
